The air-conditioned hotel, built in 2008, comprises a garden, a terrace and 120 rooms on four levels. It features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a cloakroom, lift access, games room, children's playground, café, bar and restaurant. Business guests may take advantage of the conference facilities and WLAN Internet access. A car park is available for those arriving by car.

Each double room comes with a double or king-size bed. The rooms are furnished in original African style with warm colours, vivid furnishings, dark wooden décor and traditional decorations. The family rooms come with double or king-size beds and additional separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed. All rooms are en suite and equipped with a shower, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio and Internet access. They additionally have individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

Entertainment programmes are available for adults (for a fee) and children.

The African style Zambesi Restaurant offers a Euro-African dinner buffet, a family-friendly atmosphere, clay oven and children's buffet. Bantu lounge bar and restaurant offers exquisite dishes and wines from South Africa in a rounded, 2-storey building with an extravagant thatched roof and exotic garden view.
